I teach a Vedic mantra meditation practice rooted in the ancient sound science of India. This silent yet powerful technique uses personalized mantra to settle the mind, regulate the nervous system, and awaken deeper awareness.

Modern research increasingly validates what the Vedic sages understood: when the mind becomes still, the body restores, clarity increases, and inner stability grows.

This practice is grounded in the philosophical systems of Yoga and Vedānta. It is not affiliated with any religion and is accessible to people of all backgrounds.

Classes are offered one-to-one and in small groups.
