I teach a Vedic mantra meditation practice rooted in the ancient sound science of India. This silent yet powerful technique uses personalized mantra to settle the mind, regulate the nervous system, and awaken deeper awareness.

This practice is grounded in the philosophical systems of Yoga and Vedānta. It is not affiliated with any religion and is accessible to people of all backgrounds.
